Long Term Unfurnished Residential Rental (home, apartment, duplex, etc.):

- Advertising /Marketing of your Bethel Homes for Rent
- Including advertising via signage, local print ads, Peak Property Management website, phone calls, emails, and word of mouth referrals.
- Tenant application processing & screening
- Credit and Background checks (at renter’s expense)
- Property showings
- Tenant lease agreement
- Rent & deposit collection
- Tenant communication – via phone, formal written notices, email, in-office
- Owner communication – via email and phone
- Monthly statements & payments
- Scheduling & coordination of maintenance and cleaning – as needed & annually
- 24-7 emergency service phone & follow-up
- Additional administrative services = $35hr (such as letters, eviction processing & court proceedings)
