The location of this property is within 5 miles of The Welcome Center at Sunday River and is one mile from the Artist’s Covered Bridge and within a few miles of Frenchman’s Hole and the trailhead at Goose Eye Mountain. Recreational opportunities from this home are abundant.
There is a one-bay garage beneath the main living area of the house which allows for direct entry into the mudroom and lower level rec room. With plenty of storage upon entering, you won’t need to carry gear far!
Also on the lower level is one bedroom with a twin bed and bureau, as well as a full bathroom featuring granite countertops and plentiful storage.
The stairs lead up to the central living area of the home. The kitchen is open to the living room and an authentic, wood-burning fireplace is positioned on the back wall. Soaring ceilings and a wall of windows give this chalet a fun, adventurous feel by allowing sunlight and views throughout this space. Access to the spacious, wrap-around deck is available off the living area.
The deck faces the slopes at Sunday River seasonal views allow for the fireworks and the lights of the snow-groomers to be seen while soaking in the hot tub.
From this entryway, the master suite is tucked away in a private arrangement. The bedroom is large and is furnished with a queen-size bed, a bureau and a full closet. The master bathroom has a soaking tub, Jack and Jill sinks, and additional storage space.
Back through the living room and kitchen and in the opposite direction from the top of the stairs, there is a large, third bedroom that is furnished with two sets of bunk beds; one with a queen mattress on the bottom and the other with a double. There is a third full bathroom that is located next to this bedroom as well.
