The Alpine Cove House
Set on a quiet, dead-end road at the water’s edge, this Lake Christopher home has an inviting and
authentic feel. Exposed beams, a wrap around deck, and a wood burning stove make this house a place
you will want to linger.
Located within 15 minutes of Mt Abram Ski Resort, 20 minutes from Bethel Village, and 25 minutes from
Sunday River Ski Resort, this house is an easy drive to skiing with quick access to Route 26 south. An
added bonus of living on the lake for the winter provides you with direct access to ice fishing,
snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and ice-skating should you so choose.
This house has been the center of joy and memories within the same family for more than 40 years and
the owners are excited to share with the guests. It is available as a season rental for a small group.
The house is arranged with an attached 2-bay garage, an open kitchen and living room, two main level
bedrooms (each with a queen-size bed), and a full bathroom. Upstairs, there are two more rooms, one
bedroom which is furnished with two twin size beds, and a bonus room that could be used as a home
office or as a playroom.
One dog is negotiable and will be considered after meeting the dog.
The seasonal price is $12,000 plus utilities

Snow removal: All our homes are contracted with various snow removal companies in the area. This includes plow service and snow shoveling for decks and harder to reach areas.
Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking.
