“When recalling the experience I had renting from Peak Properties of Maine, two words come to mind: Fair and flexible. Right from the beginning Cassie and Mark demonstrated both qualities when they allowed my roommate and I to move into a Greenwood rental before the start of a new month. They were equally happy to give us a leeway on the way out since it didn’t interfere with the next renter’s timetable. While we rented in Greenwood there were several appointments required to be carried out at the property, for which we always received ample notice and if a conflcit arose, Cassie and Mark were always willing to work with us so everyone ended up satisfied. Perhaps the greatest and lingering impression I have from my time renting from PPoM is the way I was treated with kindness and fairness and I never felt as if I was just some customer. My advice to anyone looking to rent or buy in the area would be to give this fantastic couple a call, they know the Bethel area well, will greet you respectfully and with a candid smile.”

Mark and his business Peak Properties of Maine get top marks for making our weekend in Sunday River one our friend group will never forget. The rental was in the shadow of Sunday River and couldn’t have been more pristine and relaxing. The only thing that eclipsed the perfection of our rental was Marks hospitality and flexibility. Clearly, service is something Mark and Peak Properties take seriously and that is why I would recommend them to friends, family, and strangers reading this review! A+ Mark, thanks again for everything!

Working with Mark at Peak Properties of Maine was a great experience. We rented the Alpine Waterfront house on Lake Christopher/Bryant Pond. The house was amazing, we loved hiking around the frozen lake. Plenty of room for all the people in our party. My kids loved the bunk beds and the air hockey table. We spent most days skiing at Sunday River, which was not far from the house. Lots of great restaurants in Bethel for dinner. We hope to rent the house again in the summer to enjoy more of the Lake.
