Welcome to Spruce Lodge at The Glades. This one-of-a kind rental is in a league of its own and offers guests an experience unlike any other you will find at Sunday River. With exclusive ski-in/ ski-out access, this home allows guests to ski from the doorstep.
Spruce Lodge is located in the high-end neighborhood of The Glades. Just beyond the Sunday River Welcome Center and up a private road, the masterpiece homes of The Glades are immediately identified as true works of art.
In particular, Spruce Lodge has been designed to accommodate two separate living arrangements while ensuring that each living space has direct trail access and uninterrupted views of the slopes.
A three-bedroom main house (with bonus bunk capacity) benefits from a two-bay garage, while the two-bedroom apartment has private parking and a separate entrance. Ridge Run Trail cuts through the yard to the back entrance of the house and leads you to the Chandola and South Ridge Quad.
Guests have the option to rent the main house, the apartment, or both. Should you wish to gather a group of favorite people, a ski trip to Spruce can be arranged to accommodate everyone comfortably. One night here will have you booking the house for the following season.
Inside this exquisitely constructed home, you will naturally congregate in the impressive great room. Soaring ceilings, a two-story gas fireplace, and designer furniture make this room an enjoyable space at the center of the house.
From the dual kitchens (a main, gourmet-style kitchen and a second prep kitchen) to the admirable decor and show-stopping views, the main house offers plenty of room for privacy and downtime without sacrificing a common gathering space. Come together after a day on the slopes and enjoy a soak in the hot tub, a game on TV, or just experience lounging in this stunning house.
A family locker room occupies a hallway off the kitchen, which serves the purpose of entering and storing ski gear or hot tub towels upon returning home. With a kegerator and coffee bar, time spent outside is easy and enjoyable.
Though smaller in size, the two-bedroom apartment does not compromise quality or comfort. Quartz countertops, upgraded appliances, and wood floors run throughout the apartment. A private washer and dryer make it easy to enjoy an extended stay. The modest living room is tastefully furnished and provides unobstructed views of the slopes. Whether you watch a movie, read a book, or kick back, watching the skiers will undoubtedly prove entertaining.

Security Camera Disclosure: This home is equipped with exterior security cameras for protection and to monitor snow removal. The cameras are located at the following locations:
1. Ring cameras on entrances
2. Outback facing hot tub (covered during rentals)
Snow removal: All our homes are contracted with various snow removal companies in the area. This includes plow service and snow shoveling for decks and harder to reach areas.
Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking.
