Coombs Condo
Situated at the base of Sunday River Ski Resort, Coombs Village is an authentic ski neighborhood with an
alpine flare. Tall pines and narrow roads combine to offer residents the feeling of being tucked into the
woods.
The Coombs Condo is a bright, welcoming home that provides a spacious floorplan in one of the most
convenient locations to the slopes. Located only 1 mile from South Ridge Welcome Center, you can zip
back to enjoy a quick rest and warm-up inside before heading back out for the afternoon.
The Condo features an outdoor hot tub which is an ideal place to relax after a day of skiing.
The main living level is open with a fully-equipped kitchen, a large living room, a half bathroom, and ski
storage upon entering through the mudroom. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms; one furnished with a
king-size bed and the other with twin bunk beds and a queen. These two rooms share a full bathroom.
An attached garage will keep your car clean and safe during your stay and this feature provides direct
access into the finished living space.
Another added bonus is the community outdoor firepit. Enjoy swapping stories and making new friends
as you take in all the beauty that Coombs Village has to offer.

Snow removal: All our homes are contracted with various snow removal companies in the area. This includes plow service and snow shoveling for decks and harder to reach areas.
Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking.
